2. AI Service and Disclaimers
90 Day Goal Planner provides daily tasks and guidelines created using generative artificial intelligence (Google Vertex AI). You agree that:
- Accuracy & Quality: The generated plans are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of the generated tasks.
- Safety & Health (Medical Disclaimer): All goal guides, exercise prompts, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle plans do not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice. You must consult a doctor or appropriate certified professional before initiating any fitness, diet, or business routine generated by the App.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with executing tasks and plans generated by the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
Account Creation
To use the app, you must:

- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Age Requirements
- Users under 18 should seek parental guidance before using the app

Our app uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized plans. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is based on the information you provide
- Plans are suggestions, not professional advice
- Results may vary based on individual circumstances
- We continuously work to improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for evaluating whether generated tasks are suitable for you
- Consult healthcare professionals before starting fitness or health-related goals
- Seek professional advice for business, financial, or career decisions
- Adapt plans to your personal circumstances and limitations
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The 90 Day Goal Planner app is NOT a substitute for professional medical, fitness, nutritional, or mental health advice.

- Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort
- The app is not designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease
- We are not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from app use
- Fitness tasks are general suggestions - modify them for your fitness level
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All app content, features, and functionality are owned by Day Goal Planner and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
Content you create or input (goals, notes, customizations) remains yours. However, you grant us a license to:
- Use your data to generate personalized plans
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the app (in anonymized form)
- Store your data as necessary to provide the service
4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Billing
90 Day Goal Planner offers a single Premium subscription tier:
- Price & Duration: $9.99 USD, billed automatically every three (3) months (Quarterly).
- Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each 3-month billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Charging: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on your device:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Refunds: All payments are processed through the respective App Stores. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google under their respective transaction policies.
5. Service Limitations and AI Plan Quotas
By using the App, you acknowledge the following functional limitations and quotas:
- Free Tier limitations: Free users can generate and track goals for the first 7 days of the challenge only. Access to days 8–90 requires an active Premium subscription.
- Premium Tier limitations (Active Goals): You can only track one (1) active 90-day goal plan at a time. Starting a new goal plan will reset your current progress and wipe existing task tracking history.
- Premium Tier limitations (AI Generation Quotas): To maintain service stability and prevent server abuse, plan generation is subject to the following quotas:
- Premium users receive an initial pool of three (3) goal plan generations.
- Once the initial pool is consumed, you are limited to generating one (1) new goal plan per day. If the limit is reached, you must wait until the next calendar day to generate another plan.
- AI Safety Filters: Plan generation is subject to Firebase/Vertex AI safety filters. We reserve the right to block plan generation for goals containing harmful, illegal, or unsafe prompts.
- AI Disclaimer: Plans are generated using generative artificial intelligence. These plans are suggestions. The App does not guarantee specific results, and we are not liable for inaccurate or unsafe tasks. Always consult an appropriate medical, financial, or legal expert before executing tasks.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We provide the app "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for results or outcomes from using the app
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the app
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (AI, notifications, etc.)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 90 Day Goal Planner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any injuries or damages resulting from following generated plans
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We collect data to personalize your experience
- Your data is stored locally on your device
- AI processing requires sending data to Google Gemini
- You can delete your data at any time

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and your data.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
